No one is present on behalf of the appellant, when the matter is called-out.
Order dated 06.03.2025 passed by the learned Registrar records, that counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal; and that he would be moving an application seeking withdrawal of the appeal.
Thereafter, 02 dates, i.e., 19.03.2025 and 28.08.2025 have gone by; no application seeking withdrawal of the appeal has been filed.
The record also shows no one has appeared for the appellant on the said 02 dates.
In view thereof, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
