By order dated 07.11.2025, the court had recorded that :

“ 3.Mr. Chandan Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant accepts notice; and submits that the appellant has fallen on bad financial times; and has now been able to arrange only Rs.50,000/, and needs further time to arrange the entire deficient court-fee.

4. In view of the prayer made, it is not considered necessary to call-for a reply to the present application.

5. The present application is disposed-of, directing the appellant to file the entire requisite court-fee within 04 weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted for the purpose.”
