High Court of Delhi (Amit Bansal, J.), 08.08.2025 — CS(OS) 552/2022, I.A. 19360/2025 (under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC): On the joint application of the parties for recording of compromise, the Court noted that the disputes stood settled in mediation proceedings and that a Settlement Agreement dated 28 May 2025, bearing the signatures of all parties in the suit, was on record. Having gone through the terms of settlement and finding them lawful, and with the parties present in Court affirming the Agreement and their signatures thereon, the Court held the parties bound by the terms of the settlement, decreed the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement, directed that the application and the Settlement Agreement form part of the decree, ordered the decree sheet to be drawn up, disposed of all pending applications, and cancelled the date fixed (18 August 2025) before the Joint Registrar.
