This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of the Settlement Agreement dated 10^th March, 2025 (hereinafter ‘Settlement Agreement’).

The present application has been duly signed by the parties and is supported by their respective affidavits.

The Settlement Agreement has also been placed on record which bears the signatures of all the parties.

Counsel for the parties submit that the parties had appeared before Joint Registrar on 7^th August, 2025 and recorded their statements in support of the Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the terms of Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 13078/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

The aforesaid application as well as the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees filed with the plaint and counter-claim in favour of the parties respectively in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
