This present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayer:

“a) Direct the police officials i.e. Respondent no. 2 to provide security to the Petitioner and check at intervals about her welfare so as to protect the life and limb of the petitioner in the hands of respondent no.3 & 4;

¶19

b) Pass an order of restrainment thereby directing the respondent no. 3 and 4 to not establish any sort of contact with the petitioner and further not to keep the premises under his locks and keys which are co-owned by the petitioner i.e. 8- 1/319, SECTOR 17, ROHINI and currently under tenancy;

It is further submitted that the result of the MLC is awaited and in case required, appropriate sections may be added.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well i.e., on 11.03.2025.

The petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
