The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:-

“a) The FIR No. 0358 / 2020 dated 8.9.2020, with Police Station: Delhi Cantt. South-West, New Delhi, the charge sheet, the proceedings emanating there from in Criminal Case No. 10621 / 2022, titled as State versus Ram Kishan, pending before the Court of Shri Tushan Gupta, MM08, District: New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi registered under Sections 44 7 / 448 IPC, be quashed.

b) Any other order as may be deemed fit and proper in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances may also be passed in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein during the course of the trial before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
