Respondent No.2 (injured person) stated she had received Rs.1,80,000/- from the Petitioner towards full and final settlement of all her claims including that of MACT, executed a No Object Affidavit dated 26.07.2025 and raised no objection to quashing. Both parties appeared in person, were identified by counsel and the Investigating Officer, and confirmed settlement without pressure or coercion. 7. It is submitted that on 17.02.2023, on the complaint of Respondent No.2, FIR No.0063/2023 under Sections 279/338 IPC was registered at PS: Janak Puri, New Delhi and Sections 3/181 of Motor Vehicle Act were added in the Chargesheet.

8. The parties are present before this Court in-person today and have been identified by their learned Counsel and concerned Investigating Officer.

9. In view of No Object Affidavit of Respondent No.2 dated 26.07.2025, the present Petition has been filed.

10. The parties have submitted that all the disputes have been amicably settled and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the FIR. The present Petition has been signed by the Petitioners and is supported by their Affidavits. The parties submit that the matter has been settled without any pressure and coercion.

11. Respondent No. 2 states that she has received all amounts of claim and she has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

12. In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

13. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the aforesaid FIR in question.
