A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to pass appropriate directions to set aside the Order dated 12.08.2024 of learned ACMM in FIR No.443/2023 dated 28.05.2023 registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar and has been investigated by DIU, North West Delhi under Section 409/467/468/471/120B IPC to seek reasons from Police Station Bharat Nagar for transfer of the investigations to DIU when the FIR was registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar.

Learned APP for State submits that the Chargesheet already stands filed in the Court and the Protest Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner. The matter is pending consideration before the learned Trial Court.
