This is a writ petition for directions to respondent No. 3 to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner with ICICI Bank.

Learned ASC appearing for the State, at the very outset, takes objection to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. He states that as per the online portal, the complaint has been accepted by the DCP, Commissionerate of Police, Gautam Buddha
