b. Allow the Petitioners to submit the new Trade Certificates and direct the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioners on the basis of the resubmitted trade certificate;
c. Award the litigation cost in favor of petitioners;
d. Pass any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
