By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi ( learned Family Court ) in the Guardianship Petition no. 74/2024 titled “ Kunal Shingla v. Megha Shingla ”, being contrary to the procedural safeguards and confidentiality framework prescribed under the “Guidelines Governing Court Interaction with Children” dated 10.03.2025 ( Guidelines ) and Rule 17 of the Family Courts (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

Primarily , it is the case of the petitioner that by virtue of the impugned order dated 03.11.2025, the learned Family Court has not complied with the said Guidelines as neither the “time” nor the “venue”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite making repeated oral prayers qua the same, the learned Family Court did not taken note of the same.

Learned counsel for the respondent appearing on advance notice, by handing over a copy of an order dated 15.11.2025 submits that the learned Family Court now has fixed both the time and venue therein, as such, the present petition per se has become infructuous. Moreover, he submits that the petitioner is in default by not bringing the child on 15.11.2025, pursuant to the impugned order dated 03.11.2025.

Considering the detailed order passed by the learned Family Court on 15.11.2025, and even otherwise also, this Court sees no reasons to interfere with the impugned order dated 03.11.2025.

In light of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition since the order dated 15.11.2025 passed by the learned Family Court is in compliance with the Guidelines. 8. As such, the present petition alongwith the pending application(s) are dismissed as withdrawn.
