By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to hear and dispose of an interim maintenance application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, in HMA No. 1275/2025 titled “ Smt Shilpa Sood v. Sanjeev Sood ”, within a specified time-frame as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court, in accordance with the directions laid down by this Hon’ble Court in “ Smt. K . S. Sumi Mol v. Suresh Kumar E. K .” in MAT.APP. (F.C.) 127 /2023.
