1.1 Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that the Petitioner has agreed to make payment in the sum of Rs.2,75,000/- to the Respondent in full and final settlement for all his claims in the matter.

settlement, Rs.2,75,000/- be paid to the Respondent and the balance amount lying with the Registry of the Court be released in favour of the Petitioner. 5. Accordingly, and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the following directions are passed:
(i) The Respondent shall be permitted to withdraw Rs.2,75,000/- from the Registry of this Court, which is the amount deposited inclusive of interest.
(ii) Once this amount has been taken by the Respondent, the balance amounts which will remain with the Registry, shall be released in favour of the Petitioner.
6.1 The statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent is taken on record. The Respondent is bound down by the statement made by his Counsel today.
