Learned Counsel for the Respondents seeks to rely upon a written communication as received on 27.02.2025 from the Competent Authority in this behalf. The relevant extract is set out below:

“The competent Authorities have granted/renewed the security clearance in respect of M/s Global Vectra Helicorp Limited & its Board of Directors, and accordingly DGCA has renewed their Air opeator [SIC operator] permit on regular basis for a period of 5 years…….”

2.1 A copy of this communication is handed across to the Court. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.
