The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the correctness of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “DRT”] in O.A. No. 1/2020 captioned IDBI Bank vs. Hem Singh Bharana and Ors.

Admittedly, a statutory Appeal against the same is maintainable before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as “DRAT”], Delhi. Though the Chairperson of DRAT, Delhi has demitted office and additional charge of DRAT, Delhi has been assigned to the Chairperson, DRAT, Kolkata to hear the Appeals.

The Petitioners may file appropriate application before the DRAT, Delhi, which shall be considered sympathetically by the
