raised by respondent nos. 4 to 6, in the property bearing No. A2/278, Block A-2, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2-Special Task Force (“STF”), submits that complaint received by them has already been forwarded to the respondent no. 1- Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”).

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD hands over a copy of a Status Report dated 04^th November, 2025 to this Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the MCD is directed to supply copy of the Status Report to the respective counsels, on the E-mails, which are reflected in today’s order.

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that the property in question has already been booked for unauthorized construction on 30^th October, 2025 and a Show Cause Notice dated 30^th October, 2025 has also been issued.

This Court takes note of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the MCD that requisite action shall be taken, in accordance with law.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 to 6, submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the elder brother, namely, late Shri Arun Kumar, of respondent nos. 4 and 6. He further submits that the petitioners have filed around twelve cases against the respondent nos. 4 to 6. He, thus, submits that the present petition is more in the nature of a family dispute.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, since the MCD has already booked the property in question, it is directed that further action shall be taken by the MCD, after following the due procedure and in accordance with law.

Rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

¶27

In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies, in accordance with law, is reserved.

¶28

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
