The present matter has been listed today pursuant to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, East District Court, Delhi vide communication dated 05.09.2024 to the learned Registrar General of Delhi High Court forwarded the letter dated 03.09.2024 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, East District, Kakardooma Courts, Delhi for appropriate directions in respect of Criminal Appeal No.47/2019, PS CBI/SCI/ND titled as Mahavir Singh vs. Central Bureau of Investigation . Learned Registrar General vide noting dated 11.09.2024 directed the matter to be listed before this Court for transfer of the Criminal Appeal No.47/2019 to the Rouse Avenue Court in terms of the minutes of meeting of Administrative and General Supervision Committee dated 15.04.2019.
