On the last date of hearing, this Court has noted the submission of Mr. Anis Ahmed, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, that he was not pressing the present appeal and only sought two months’ time to vacate the suit property situated at 1955, Gali Chunna Mal, Suiwalan, Darya Ganj, New Delhi.
2. Mr. Shafiullah, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of by granting to the appellant two months’ time to vacate the suit property.
