- Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the entire claim of the Respondent, stands settled at an amount of Rs. 8 lacs. He submits that the settlement amount of Rs. 8 lacs shall be paid by the Appellant to the Respondent in two instalments.

- Learned Counsel for the Respondent affirms the above-mentioned and submits that the settlement agreement has been executed between the Appellant and the Respondent before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 02.08.2024. He further submits that in terms of the settlement amount of Rs.8,00,000/- has been made by two cheques which have been given by the Appellant to the Respondent.
