This appeal is directed against the orders dated 18.08.2021, 08.11.2021 and the judgment dated 28.02.2022 [hereinafter referred to as, “impugned judgment and orders”].

Ms Aakanksha Kaul, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that since the main dispute between the parties has now been adjudicated by an arbitrator, this appeal can be closed.

2.1 The statement of Ms Kaul is taken on record.

Ms Kaul, however, expresses concern with regard to the contempt proceedings initiated against the appellant by the respondent.

3.1 It is Ms Kaul’s submission that at present, there is no infraction as alleged concerning the impugned judgment and orders.
