"A. The Hon'ble court may kindly pass the decree for permanent injunction in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant and restraining the defendant, his nominee(s) and his agent(s) in the interference of peaceful enjoyment of suit property.

Parties are held bound by their undertakings and are directed to bear their own costs.

It is clarified that this order will not come in the way of any other proceedings.
