This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking appointment of a Court Auctioneer for sale of the house bearing number, Block-10, Plot No.328, situated at Sunder Vihar, Near Paschim Vihar New Delhi- 110087, measuring 256 sq. yds (214.04 Sq. mtrs.) (‘subject property’).

Mr. Vashisht, Advocate appears on behalf of the nonapplicant/defendant. He states that the defendant has already filed Ex. P. 42/2025 before this Court for implementation of the final decree dated 22.01.2024. He states that he is serving a copy of the execution petition on the plaintiff, who is present in Court.
