“1- FIR No- 36/2024 U/s - 506 IPC and 25 Arms Act Ps Madhu Vihar, Dated- 31/01/2024 The petitioner in present FIR alleged that an envelop in which a letter of threat with three cartridges were found tucked in his above said office door handle.
4- It is worth mentioning here that all these incidents alleged to happened when he returned from Allahabad after attending court. The petitioners claim police protection on the basis of above said FIRs. He was provided the Mobile number of SHO Madhu Vihar and beat staff of concerned beat staff where he resides.

5- Vishnu Gupta is not that much popular or a well known person in Madhu Vihar. There is no such threat to his life is found in police preliminary enquiry from anti Hindu elements. The CCTV camera installed in the building premises where he resides are not functional and petitioner does not even know since when and why these cameras are non working condition even he h ad been asked to get all CCTVs prepared in premises after first alleged incident date- 04/ 12/2023 when above said two FIRs were registered. On 01/02/2024 petitioner made PCR vide GD No- 66A call wherein he stated to stage protest at Delhi Police Headquarters regarding police protection.”
