petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their dispute vide Settlement Deed dated 07.11.2023. It is submitted that the Settlement has been arrived at between the parties without any force, pressure or coercion and that the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the Settlement dated 07.11.2023. It is submitted that accordingly the present petition for quashing of FIR has been filed by the petitioner. The affidavits of petitioner and respondent No.2 are annexed along with the Petition. It is submitted that one accused Shri Prem Singh had died on 21.09.2020 and the fact has been duly verified by the Sarpanch. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.
