1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that nothing further survives in the present contempt petitions. It is informed that Ms. Leela Singh has already withdrawn her complaint which was pending consideration before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun, Uttarakhand and the property in question has also been vacated by Ms. Ritu Sethi and the keys have been handed over to Mr. Sonu, authorized representative of Ms. Leela Singh.
