undertaking given by them before the Court of learned District Judge (Commercial Court-01), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi.

It is, however, noticed that during the pendency of the contempt proceedings, the parties were referred by this Court to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and fortunately, the parties have been able to arrive at amicable settlement.

The broad terms of the settlement are recorded in settlement agreement dated 9^th September, 2024.

Mr. Luvkush Agrahari, Authorised Representative for all respondents is present in Court and submits and reiterates that the respondents shall adhere to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid mediation settlement.

His such statement is taken on record.

¶23

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above said mediation settlement and the statement made by Mr. Luvkush Agrahari before this Court, who is duly identified by his counsel, the petitioners, at the moment, are not desirous in pursuing with their present contempt petitions.

He, however, submits that in case, there is further violation and breach, the petitioners may be permitted to revive the present petition.

¶25

All the petitions stand disposed of as not pressed.

¶26

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
