Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter has been settled under the scheme of “ Vivad se Viswas II ”.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by way of the present application.
In view of the submissions made above, the present petition is settled under the scheme of “ Vivad se Viswas Scheme II ” of the Ministry of Finance vide memorandum no. F.1/7/2022-PPD dated 29.05.2023.
Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the petition bearing O.M.P. (COMM) 83/2021 is disposed of as settled.
The next date i.e. 15.03.2024 stands cancelled.
