Learned counsel submits that an application bearing No. I.A. 3517/2024 has been moved seeking release of amount deposited pursuant to the order dated 31.10.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the present matter has been settled amicably under the scheme of “Vivad se Vishwas”, the present petition may be disposed of and the amount deposited be released to the petitioner along with interest accrued thereon.
In view of the submissions made, the present petition bearing O.M.P. (COMM) 106/2019 and pending applications stand disposed of as settled.
