The present bail applications have been filed on behalf of the applicants under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 311/2024 registered under Section 323/324/341/34 at PS: Welcome and subsequently section 308 was added.

Learned APPs for the State, at the outset on instructions, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and the charge-sheet has also been filed under Section 308/34 IPC.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances, this directs both the

applicants to join the investigation and fully cooperate with the investigating agency. In the event of arrest the applicants shall be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Trial Court and the petitioners shall provide their mobile number at the time of furnishing the bail bond, and subject to the following further conditions:

a. the applicants shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required;

b. the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case

c. the applicants shall provide their mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; and

d. In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/ Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

e. the petitioner shall also inform the investigation officer about any change in their address.

In view of the above, the present applications stand disposed of.
