This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing of the present petition.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. He, however, prays that further time may be granted to do so considering that the petition has been pending in this court since 22.05.2024.

The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same.
