No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to take a passover or an adjournment.
On the last occasions also i.e. 22nd January, 2024 and 9th February, 2024, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter any further. Accordingly, the petition alongwith pending application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
