“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct cadre review of trade of Band in Central Reserve Police force in a time bound manner and take into consideration suggestions given by petitioners for creation of promotional avenues in said trade while conducting the cadre review consequently provide adequate promotional avenues for the personnel working in said trade in Central Reserve Police Force including the petitioners as also to not take duties of General Duty Cadre/Trade from the personnel working in Trade of Band in Central Reserve Police Force including the petitioners.”
