The petitioners are invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court seeking direction against the DDA to register the petitioners‟ properties in terms of the PM UDAY Yojana and for appropriate reliefs and directions.

Learned counsel for the respondent/DDA is present on advance notice. It appears that the application moved by the petitioners for registration of the properties under the aforesaid scheme has been rejected by DDA vide order dated 06.02.2024, and an appeal has already been preferred by the petitioner, however, the said appeal is yet to see the light of the day.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appropriate directions have been given for affording an opportunity, if need be, to the petitioner and for passing an appropriate direction. Learned counsels for the petitioners have no objection to the same. As
