Issue direction to the standing committee of Respondent /CISF at CISF Headquarters may decide the correctness/antecedents of the documents produced by the Petitioners, showing their Proof in support of the fact that no case/FIR is pending against them, within Four weeks as no cases, whatsoever, are pending against the Petitioners herein and;
ii. Pass any such other or further order (s) in favor of the Petitioner as deemed fit in the given fact and circumstances and in the interest of justice.”
7. Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to seek legal recourse, as permissible in law.
