After making submissions for some time, Mr. P. R. Sikka, counsel for Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition and reserve all the contentions raised therein to be urged before the Adjudicating Authority, since the impugned order under challenge is a Provisional Attachment Order under Section 5(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

In light of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn, along with pending application, with liberty as aforesaid. 3. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 4. The Adjudicating Authority shall consider all the grounds urged by the Petitioner including those raised in the present writ petition and take a decision thereon, in accordance with law. In case the said decision of the Adjudicating Authority is against the interest of the Petitioner, they shall be free to avail all possible legal remedies as provided under law.
