1. Despite notice having been issued on this application on 23 January 2025, no reply has been filed till date. Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the UOI, who is present in Court, submits that he would intimate the next date of hearing to one of the Standing Counsel for the MCD.
2. Re-notify on 8 August 2025.
3. Before the said date, let reply to this application be positively filed within four weeks and no more with advance copy to learned Counsel for the applicant who may file rejoinder thereto within four weeks thereof.
