“a) Issue, inter alia, a writ or writs in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the similar nature directing the respondent authorities, to delete the Property No. N-125, Greater Kailas-1, New Delhi- 110048 from the category of Prohibited Property in the DORIS (Delhi Online Registration Information System), in the interest of Justice;
b) Issue, any other writ, order or direction, in favour of the petitioners, as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the present facts and circumstances of the case, to secure the ends of justice or else, the petitioners shall suffer irreparably.”
