The petitioner is invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of an appropriate writ/directions to the respondent to execute the Conveyance Deed in respect of the subject property in his favour.

The petitioner‟s claim is that he is the owner and in possession of the same property by virtue of an allotment letter, possession letter and other documents in his favour from the DDA. However, it appears that the petitioner has misplaced some of the documents.
