- The present suit for partition and rendition of accounts has been filed by Mrs. Sonu Hamade – daughter of Mr. Kuldip Singh and Mrs. Aneel Kaur. The Plaintiff seeks partition and rendition of accounts in respect of properties belonging to her mother as described in Schedule I and Schedule II. Defendant No.1 is the father and Defendant No.2 – Mr. Prabjot Singh is the brother of the Plaintiff. The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 15th January, 2019 under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms and conditions of the settlement are extracted herein below:
