An order dated 07.09.2018 was though passed in the present case wherein the impugned order was stayed subject to payment of Rs.70,000/- per month towards user/occupation charges qua the tenanted premises w.e.f. 24.07.2017 onwards but the petitioner did not deposit a single penny. In the circumstances, stay so granted on 07.09.2018 stands vacated.
