The plaintiff has sued the four defendants for compensation in the sum of Rs.5 crores for defamation and for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from further defaming the plaintiff and from using data of the plaintiff.

Vide ex parte ad-interim order dated 10^th July, 2018 which continues to be in force, the defendants were restrained from further defaming the plaintiff and from using the data of the plaintiff.

The suit is ripe for framing of issues.

The counsel for all the four defendants, on enquiry, without prejudice to rights and contentions of defendants states that the four defendants had sent the communications forming the cause of action for the suit at the time of termination of their employment with the plaintiff and in a state of anger and now regret having sending the same and have remorse for the same and are willing for it to be recorded that such communications be treated as withdrawn by the defendants and that the defendants are also willing to suffer a decree for permanent injunction as claimed, if the plaintiff is willing to have the suit disposed of in terms thereof.

The counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to take instructions.
