She, however, submits that the petitioner may be granted an additional ten days joining time from today to join at the transferred post. Mr. Ravi Prakash, on instructions, states that the joining time for the petitioner would be extended by ten days from today. The said statement is taken on record.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
