A copy of the sealing order has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner who states, he shall now approach ATMCD challenging the same within two weeks from today, i.e., on or before July 25, 2019.
If that be so, the interim protection as granted by this court on April 6, 2019 shall continue till the date when the ATMCD shall consider and decide the appeal and / or the stay application filed by the petitioner without being influenced by the protection granted by this court and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of.
