Vide the present petition the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner who has been working since 2007 in respondent no. 3 School, being run by respondent no.2 and to give all consequential reliefs applicable to regular TGT w.e.f. petitioner’s original appointment.
The present petition is second round of litigation.
In earlier petition the petitioner previously filed WP(C) No. 12258/2018 and the same was disposed of on 16.11.2018 directing the petitioner to file representation within two weeks from the date of the order and respondent no.1 was directed to decide the same in view of
the Army Welfare Education Society Rules and Regulations dated 19.09.2011 and judgement dated 29.10.2015 passed in LPA 223/2015. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation dated 27.11.2018 and same has been disposed of by order dated 24.12.2018 as under:
2. It is for your advance information that a CSB for regular TGT (Hindi) will be conducted in the month of Jan/Feb 2019. You may prepare yourself and
appear in the CSB being held in Jan/Feb 2019.”
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Common Screening Board (CSB) for regular TGT (Hindi) has already been qualified in the year 2007. Thereafter, in the year 2013 the petitioner was advised to appear in Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi, Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Accordingly, the petitioner appeared and qualified the said test also. Thus, there is no question to appear again in Common Selection Board as advised vide order dated 24.12.2018.
Since the representation of the petitioner has not been properly considered by the respondent no.2 therefore, I hereby dispose of the present petition to pass a reasoned order within two weeks from the receipt of this order and the decision taken shall be communicated in writing within three days thereafter.
If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, she may challenge the same before the appropriate
forum. Till the decision to be taken by the respondent a CSB for regular TGT (Hindi) shall not taken place.
In view of the above, petition is disposed of. Order dasti to both the parties.
