The petitioner impugns the order dated 16.08.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (‘Tribunal’) in OA No.3061/2018. The Tribunal has rejected the petitioner’s Original Application wherein, he assailed his transfer to Manipur. Mr. R.K. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 02.08.2018 against his transfer is pending consideration before the Government. The petitioner has already joined the post to which he has been transferred.
