Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, in view of the circumstance that an application seeking review of the order impugned herein has been instituted before the court of competent jurisdiction. Learned counsel, however, prays for liberty to approach this Court afresh in the event he is aggrieved by the order passed on the application for review now instituted.
Leave and liberty granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of.
