O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing of behalf of the respondent states that a representation filed on behalf of the appellant seeking compassionate appointment in lieu of the death of his father in harness, has been rejected by them vide communication dated 17.04.2018, which has been communicated to the latter.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, in view of the foregoing seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to assail the said rejection in accordance with law.
Leave and liberty granted.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
