Learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondent has been given admission and is undergoing the course M.D.(Dermatology). Learned counsel for the appellant submits that it may be only clarified that the plea of technical glitch should not become a standard plea and ground in future examinations. We clarify that the observations made in the judgment of the single Judge on the question of technical glitch were relevant for the adjudication in question and were made keeping in view the factual background of the case.
We may observe that there is delay of 55 days in filing of the appeal
and an application for condonation of delay has been filed. However, as the appellant has not challenged the admission given to the respondent, we are not issuing notice in the said application.
Recording the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
