The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the bank guarantee which is the subject matter of the suit has already been encashed by the defendants. Hence, she submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions, she would like to withdraw the present suit. The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
