By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave to Petition. On a notice being issued, a Status Report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status Report appellant along with his brothers Zia Ul Haq and Abdul Karim were convicted for offences punishable under Sections 302/452/34 IPC registered at PS Kalyanpuri. After the appeal filed by the petitioner and co-convicts was dismissed by this Court on 18th July, 2017, he surrendered but one of the co-convicts i.e. Abdul Karim is absconding and the proceedings to declare him Proclaimed Offender are pending before the learned Trial Court.
